Le Papillon a delightfully light and airy barn conversion which has oak beams, exposed stone walls and a feature limestone fireplace. The gite provides welcoming accommodation for up to three guests in one spacious master bedroom and a mezzanine sleeping area (suitable for a child).
The open plan living space with double height ceiling provides a fitted kitchen, dining and lounge area. Stairs from this room lead to a set of French doors and the enclosed garden with patio, outside dining area and Barbecue.
The garden has wonderfully shaded areas with mature trees ideal for relaxing with a glass of wine and a good book. A separate staircase leads to the mezzanine sleeping area which overlooks the open plan room. The master bedroom also has a double height ceiling with beams and is prettily furnished with period pieces.
The contemporary shower room is fully tiled with walk in shower. A cot and highchair is available for smaller children.
The 10 by 5m pool in the grounds is available for use by all guests at Le Guichard.

Le Papillon is available from May to October. Usual arrival is on a Saturday; we can be flexible outside peak season and may be able to provide short breaks. |
