Le Guichard comprises three detached properties set within mature gardens, surrounded by farmland, natural woods and extensive views over rolling countryside. Within the grounds you will find walnut, hazelnut, fig, apple, cherry and plum trees. The gardens also contain a variety of shrubs and herbaceous borders including scented lavender which attracts a wide variety of butterflies. Local wildlife can often be seen, deer grazing on the edges of the fields, red squirrels and sun loving lizards on limestone walls. There are many local lanes around Guichard ideal for walking and cycling suitable for the whole family.

Les Oisons and Le Papillon are available to rent either together or separately. Both houses provide a high standard of living space, designed to create a sense of French charm blending traditional stone buildings with comfortable furnishings and modern facilities.
Les Oisons (7 Guests)
Les Oisons is a charmingly renovated farmhouse, accommodating up to 7 guests in 4 bedrooms with 2 shower rooms. The farmhouse has all the features you would expect including terracotta floors and an open natural limestone fireplace with wood burner. The newly fitted kitchen has been designed to provide a light and bright practical cooking area. The stylish and comfortable ‘L’ shaped lounge is furnished with contemporary sofas, ideal for socialising and relaxing with a flat screen 28 inch satellite TV with DVD player. The two modern shower rooms have high quality fixtures and fittings, both with hand basins, one with a separate toilet. Two bedrooms are on the ground floor, one double room with a four poster bed, and the other a single bedroom. On the first floor there are two additional bedrooms, one double and a twin room. French doors from the lounge lead to a private garden with retractable canopy and terrace area perfect for sipping freshly brewed morning coffee or a glass of wine in the evening.

Le Papillon (3 Guests)
Le Papillon a delightfully light and spacious barn conversion has oak beams, exposed stone walls and a feature limestone fireplace. This is combined with modern kitchen facilities, shower room and furnishings. Le Papillon provides welcoming and charming accommodation for 3 guests in one double bedroom, mezzanine bedroom (suitable for a child) and shower room. The open plan living space with a double height ceiling contains a fitted kitchen together with dining and comfortable lounge area. Stairs from this room lead to the private enclosed rear garden mainly lawned with mature trees that provide welcome shaded areas for dining outdoors. A separate staircase leads to the mezzanine bedroom. The contemporary shower room is fully tiled with walk in power shower. The double bedroom has double height ceilings with exposed wooden beams and period furniture.
